Stick & Puck Parent Volunteer

• A parent is needed to help with stick & puck session on Fridays from 4:15-5:45pm. Parent will collect money from the players ($5 per player). Parent will also monitor ice to make sure rules are followed. Rules include: Players are part of AVAHA and are Bantam age or younger. Certified coaches are welcome and can be on the ice at no charge. No more than twenty players on the ice. (Coaches not included) Full gear must be worn on the ice for all minors. A pick up game can only be played if all players agree. If there is a large age divide among the players the parent volunteer can choose to divide the ice in half with the dividers used at Mites practice. Make sure any hockey equipment is put away. Have the players help. AVAHA's Player Code of Conduct will be followed. Perk: This will count as volunteer time and your player will be waived of the $5 fee.
